Jeff Carragher

JEFFREY M. CARRAGHER (Serv Safe Certified, CFSP II) Owner

Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry. He has always remained an active participant in industry events and organizations. Jeff's experience with the MAFSI board of directors and executive committee, along with multiple rep councils, has enabled him to see the industry from a broader perspective. He has carried that perspective over to the Link2 Hospitality Solutions family.

Fred Carragher

FRED J. CARRAGHER (Serv Safe Certified, CFSP II) Owner

Fred Carragher has been an Independent Representative in the Hospitality Industry for over 30 years. His expertise has included suppliers for both the back of the house and front of the house applications. This experience has allowed a unique perspective when approaching a hospitality based project. These projects have included working with B&I, Higher Education, Restaurants, Country Clubs, and Full Service Hotels to name a few. He can offer a perspective that allows an overall project analysis.

Chuck Kownaski

CHUCK KOWNASKI Territory Manager, Upstate NY

Chuck started as a foodservice equipment wholesale distributor in 1978 and was representing manufacturers, as an independent rep by 1984. Throughout his career, Chuck has covered all of upstate New York and Western Pennsylvania. He looks forward to helping dealers, distributors and consultants make their days more profitable while fulfilling manufacturers requirements. Chuck lives in the Buffalo area.

Kim Hayton

KIM HAYTON Office Manager

Kim brings over 20 years of administrative experience to Link2. She is responsible for daily office procedures and management in the Rochester office. Here organizational skills ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. Kim also assists with marketing, inside sales, and customer service.

Poppy Hudson

POPPY HUDSON Inside Sales/Customer Service

Poppy has over 12 years of experience working extensively with custom commercial walk-in coolers, freezers and refrigeration. She works closely with dealers in designing the right walk-in to fit their customers’ needs.  Poppy is also very knowledgeable in all of our other equipment lines.  She provides quotes for bid projects and assists in finding the right products for specific applications.

Rob Schwalm

ROB SCHWALM Territory Manager and Corporate Chef (Western PA, WV)

Rob is a culinary professional with more than five years of experience in the culinary field. In addition to receiving his culinary degree, Rob has previously worked as a chef at various upscale restaurants in the western New York area. Rob has been a territory manager and corporate chef for Link2 Hospitality Solutions’ in both upstate NY and Western PA & West Virginia and currently resides in Pittsburgh.

Sarah Mathias

SARAH MATHIAS Territory Manager - Place Card Hospitality

Sarah has been working in the food service industry for the past fifteen years in both the front and back of the house. Her interior design background makes her the perfect fit to manage the furniture and smallwares manufacturers represented by Link2.

Rachel Hayton

RACHEL HAYTON Inside Sales

Rachel has been with Link2 for over two years. She brings both back-of-the-house and front-of-the house experience. She has quickly learned much about our equipment lines and works as in inside sales rep, as well as assists territory managers with quotes and demos. She also has culinary experience and you will see her sous chef skills when she works alongside our corporate chefs.

Kathy Wolf

KATHY WOLF Territory Manager – Place Card Hospitality

Kathy brings over 25 years of food service experience and significant partnerships to Link2. Twelve of those years Kathy’s role was as a food broker so she knows this business from multiple sides. She was also the owner/operator of a full service restaurant. Kathy’s concentration is with our smallwares and furniture manufacturers.

Pete Fox

PETE FOX Territory Manger and Corporate Chef (Upstate NY)

Pete is the newest member of our Link2 family. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and holds a degree in Culinary Arts & Restaurant and Hotel Management. Pete has previously worked in a variety of upscale restaurants and clubs in New York and North Carolina and will now be focusing his sales and culinary talents in Upstate NY. Pete is ServSafe Manager Certified and a U.S. Navy Veteran.
