About Link2 Hospitality Solutions
Welcome to Link2 Hospitality Solutions and the Link2 family of companies. Created over 50 years ago as J.P. Bassett Associates, the Link2 Family of Companies has grown to three distinctive representative organizations: Link2 Hospitality Solutions, Link2 Beverage Solutions, and Place Card Hospitality.
Link2 Hospitality is a result-focused representative firm, representing some of the best equipment manufacturers in the foodservice industry. Our single driving goal is to always “Exceed Expectations” in everything we do. Our team of sales professionals can assist with any stage of the design process in a commercial kitchen. From equipment selection and testing to full designs, we have the team to help.
Link2 is strategically located to cover the MAFSI Region 2 territory, including Upstate NY, Western PA, and West Virginia. Our Corporate Chefs and fully operational test kitchens in Pittsburgh, PA, and Rochester, NY, are always available to help any organization through the equipment selection process.
Training
Our Chefs, are always available to work with you and your team to ensure the proper piece of equipment is chosen for your project. Once installed, our team of sales representatives is available to train your staff on-site so your concept can hit the ground running.
Selling
As a professional sales organization, it is critical that our team understands all segments of the foodservice industry. From K-12 schools to high-end casinos, our sales team is extremely knowledgeable about the diverse needs of the different segments in the foodservice industry.
Test Kitchens
Our training centers, located in Rochester, NY, and Pittsburgh, PA, are a critical part of our sales process. From hosting group meetings to detailed product testing, our test kitchens are busy multiple times a week.
